Wake up late because there is no 8am class. Do breakfast with Deb - prata. She bought Ice Milo, which I commented expensive. She said she would buy and was willing to use her own pocket money. Simple she like it and enjoy it for breakfast. [10]
Went to the dentist. Listen to sermon on the way. She suggested to have 3 tooth remove. She clean the upper right set of the gum and teeth. It had occur to me that I really need to take care of my health. Must really take care or oral hygiene, eat well and exercise. I weigh and realized I lost 3kg. [210]
I can only measure blood pressure - need to keep down through exercise and hopefully cholesterol also go down.
Came back - setup Test 3 and Final Test paper for 44IOTG. Then cycled to work at 5pm. I realised I miss the award ceremony when the alarm rang at 4.45pm.
Went for evening class. Did only "diode" and left the "transistor" part to next week.
Received CADS notes and will be preparing for it. Not difficult - programming, python.
Also SIM asked me for interview.
Came back around 10.30pm. Poured Rach water as she was not feeling well. Eat dinner Rach brought back from mum house. Watch Independence Day with Deb.
