Mathew 18:23-35 is on the master who forgive his servant on his debts, but the wicked servant in-turn did not forgive his servant on his debt.

And Jesus said, 35 So also my heavenly Father will do to every one of you, if you do not forgive your brother from your heart.”

It is not what we do that pleases the Father, but the change of heart that matters. If we have truely received the forgivness from the Father and experience the grace and if our core values does change, surely we will forgive. But if we are grateful for what God has done for us, yet has no change of heart, our actions ultimately reflect the evil of our heart.

Indeed, our lives were stain with a lot of unforgivnes, so many things we felt that was unfairly done to us. Even the little things we felt short change when we start comparing. The root problem lies that we did not believe in a God that will bless us. We did all we can to accumulate wealth, clear debts etc. Forgiveness and grace is then the key. See the grace, the forgiveness of sins, the greatest debts in our life, that was being forgiven by Jesus' blood, then we will be able to see that the wealth, the debts that we have or we owe is just too little.

Yes Lord, I desire your blessings and long for the day of breakthrough. Teach me dear Lord, that I could forgive my debtors and exercise the grace. Let me see the grace of Jesus on my seen and therefore not dwell on the little unfair things that people owe me. For neither these are eternal, nor these things benefits me. For all that I have now is sufficient for me and those that I loss, the Lord will bless. Remove the bitterness in me.
