2 Chr 36: 15 The Lord, the God of their fathers, sent persistently to them by his messengers, because he had compassion on his people and on his dwelling place. 16 But they kept mocking the messengers of God, despising his words and scoffing at his prophets, until the wrath of the Lord rose against his people, until there was no remedy.
17 Therefore he brought up against them the king of the Chaldeans, who killed their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary and had no compassion on young man or virgin, old man or aged. He gave them all into his hand. 18 And all the vessels of the house of God, great and small, and the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the king and of his princes, all these he brought to Babylon.
The end of Judah - the end of David's kingdom and all that the Lord God has blessed and has given to the people of Israel has ended in foreign hand.
Surely, I want the legacy to continue, but I can't say the same for the generations to come, but I pray that the Lord will uphold His promises.
I began to see the awe in the promise land and His blessings, and pray that all these will come to past. I pray for my own heart to be continue to be right with God.
I pray for being able to render my services to Chruch in Woodland. Use me Lord and I avail myself. I recognize that all I have and the stage now I am in - belongs to you.
Humble my heart, that I recognize that all I have is because of the blessings from God. Let me learn that lessons from 2 Chr, that I will not end the way Judah ended- all the blessings return to void.
Instead,
Psa 27:4 One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after:that I may dwell in the house of the Lordall the days of my life,to gaze upon the beauty of the Lordand to inquire [6] in his temple.
