5 Jul 2016; Eph 5: 6-10

Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not become partners with them; for at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true), and try to discern what is pleasing to the Lord. (Ephesians 5:6-10 ESV)


The one who deceive are the ones who do not know the truth about Christ, about God and the plans He has for us. They will continue to walk in darkness caliming what they know or do is correct - the way.

My object of faith is God in Christ that die for me that I am have life. Not by works to accumulate goodness. As such we walk in light in the Lord, made children of light. Not that we do - trying to discern what is pleasing to the Lord.

As such we who have Christ and know God, walk in light - good, right and true. We do not partners with those whose disobedience force them into darkness.
