Psa 18:31 For who is God, but the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God?—32 the God who equipped me with strengthand made my way blameless.33 He made my feet like the feet of a deerand set me secure on the heights.34 He trains my hands for war,so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
God, yes you may claim to worship one or may have one, but can you make Him personal as to call Him your Lord? That is the personal aspect of this God that know me and want to love me. This God is never changing - like a rock. His love is never changing.
He gave strength to me, and made my way blameless - this reveal the character of my God - a righteous and just God. He bless and want to bless.
He set me on heights and I was again reminded of His promises to me that I will soar with Him on wings like eagle as I was reading through my 1998 journal. That promise came in 5th Oct 1995! Not only heights, but the agility to do so, plus secure. Amen.
Children are like arrows in our hand - our legacy. Imagine the bow He gave - bow of bronze. But He equipped me with the strength to pull it, plus the knowledge in war. To me, what a way to describe His promise for the work He has for me. The legacy will continue - far and accurate! Moreover I am on heights - secured!
Today Psalm reminded me of the promises, the work that God has given and they will all come to past. I am waiting for this moment. I pray that the Lord will direct me to where I will shoot and where to position myself.
I pray for Rachael that together we will position ourselves in secured heights and take up the bow. How wonderful that time will be - imagine the heights, singing praises to Lord!
I pray for both Josef and Deborah that we will guide them like good arrow, now that God has given us the bow of bronze. Imagine the time when Josef and Deborah arrow shoot right through the enemy stronghold and into the land that God has promised!
I look forward for that dawning to see what the Lord has installed for me - the Lord my God, who is the rock, blameless and righteous.
