King verus king
King Saul persue David. Yes indeed King Saul has all the resources and the power of the kingdom to hunt down David.

But David has God. Throughout 1Sam22-23, David inquired of God on what to do and where to go. Again and again, the resources and the power of King Saul cannot pit against the King of Kings - our God! David escape.

We fear losing control and as a result we end up giving a piece-meal surrender to God. We ought to be like David, God was his resources and power. We ought to recognise that we need spiritual eyesight. We need to see who this God is, so as to live a life in His wisdom. The empowered life is one that know who God is.

We have the resources - our job, our finance, our house ... what is there that we need God. We refuse to give a total surender.

I speak for myself and pray that like David, in all I do I want to involve God. He will help me like David in making decisions. I know that the Lord will bless my hands and even in the midst of distress, I know I have God - what can man to do me.

Josef has not been engaging God and getting deep with God recently. I ask and pray that I will put this a priority and get him back reading the bible. I pray that he will delight in the words and treasure them. I pray that he will too seek after the giver of the words.

During these time, I pray that the family will be brought closer. It is time to engage God into our lives and be a strong part of this family. This I pray.

My girl is sick and I pray that you will help her to regain strength. Thank you that she has not contacted HFMD. I too pray that my father will not fall sick from Deborah sickness because of his chemotherophy. Keep my family safe.

Lastly on my mind is the repair work. I pray that it will quickly be resolved so that the hand over of the flat will be made smooth. I present this to you.

Yes, thank you for Rachael, having found new assignments in the university. Thank you for your provisions.

As for me, how can I further grow the business? What next? And even so, prepare my heart for China. Let me be a effective tool for you during this trip. Let me know what can I further do there and what are your plans for me. OPen my eyes and my ears that I may hear from you. Encourage my heart and fill it with your compassion.
