1 King 19:1-18

Weariness
After the battle with the 450 prophets of Baal, Elijah have the thoughts that all will go back well and the people would return to the Lord. But the work did not stop here and Elijah felt the weary. He fled and began asking why was he the only one left to do a work for God that don;t seem to have any pay back.

Instead of showing all the help - using the power and the resocurces of the world to assist Elijah, God showed Elijah that He care.

Its not the work and how you can finish for God. God is more concern about the worker. For forty days He provided for Elijah and the provision was through a witness of a miracle. Bread and a jar of water in the wilderness.

Its not the big and bang work that God is going to show, but the whisper of the inner heart. To Elijah God did not appear in the wind, the earthquake, but in a still small whisper.

The world gauge your success by the big and the bang and the work can never finish. The concern is not about working but that weariness that wears the heart. Major the major and set the priorities right.

I pray that as I leverage on my business, which the Lord has provided and bless, I will be able to be and always be reminded of my Jesus who love me. Let me live a fulfilled live.

I pray for PDA opportunities. I lamented not able to find the moment. But I will press on and pray for the chance to share the good news to the people I meet.
