24 Aug - Job 12-15; 1 Corinthians 15:29-58; Psalm 39; Proverbs 21:30-31
Psa 39: "5 Behold, you have made my days a few handbreadths,
and my lifetime is as nothing before you.
Surely all mankind stands as a mere breath! Selah
6 Surely a man goes about as a shadow!
Surely for nothing [15] they are in turmoil;
man heaps up wealth and does not know who will gather!"
So much for all the plans - what so important do they hold. Is it not better for one to dwell in the embrace of God, knowing that he will provides all things.
Even as Job continues to argue with his friends about what really happen. Who are we man to question the Almighty.
Prov 21:30 No wisdom, no understanding, no counsel
can avail against the Lord.
Lord I surrender my next plan to you as I start to put in the capital. I pray that you will multiply them for your glory - and not not mine.
